This exhilarating journey lasts approximately 8 hours, granting you the freedom to feel like a true explorer in command of both land and sea. With various route options available while circumnavigating Diaporos island in Vourvourou bay, this trip is ideal for those with ample time to spare.

On average, this trip includes 30 minutes of preparation time, 3.5 hours of paddling exploration around Diaporos island, and 4.5 hours of free time for a delightful picnic, relaxation, snorkeling, swimming, photography, and more. We provide breakfast, a picnic lunch, fresh seasonal fruits, water, and snacks to ensure a satisfying experience.

Itinerary:

Preparation-Training: 09:30 – 10:00

Our tour begins with a brief lesson on the beach, covering kayaking essentials such as safety protocols, proper paddling techniques, steering, and stability tips. We also provide an overview of the journey’s details.

Paddling: 10:00 – 10:45

Embark on our adventure by leisurely paddling through the calm waters of Vourvourou bay, heading towards the western side of Diaporos island. Along the way, indulge in the stunning scenery of Vourvourou bay while receiving intriguing knowledge and information about the region’s culture, history, and traditions.

Free Time – Breakfast: 10:45 – 12:00

Take a short break at one of the secluded beaches on the west side of Diaporos island. Here, you have the opportunity to stretch your legs, enjoy a quick refreshing swim and snorkel in the cool waters, and savor a nutritious breakfast to replenish your energy.

Paddling: 12:00 – 12:45

Continue your journey with a relaxed paddle towards the famous Blue Lagoon spot nestled between Diaporos island and Agios Isidoros island.

Free Time: 12:45 – 13:45

Pause once again for a refreshing swim and snorkeling session in the natural swimming pool of the Blue Lagoon spot.

Paddling: 13:45 – 14:00

Head towards the renowned Hawaii beach of Diaporos island.

Free Time – Lunch: 14:00 – 16:00

At the picturesque Hawaii beach, enjoy our longest rest stop of the day. Immerse yourself in the crystal blue waters of the small bay, relax under the shade of pine trees, and relish a healthy picnic lunch featuring local delicacies and fresh seasonal fruits. Indulge in a lunch with breathtaking views!

Paddling: 16:00 – 16:30

Embark on a relaxed paddle back towards Vourvourou bay, with a short rest stop on the shore of one of the south beaches of Diaporos island.

Free Time – Snack: 16:30 – 17:30

Once again, take the opportunity to stretch your legs, enjoy a quick refreshing swim and snorkeling session in the cool waters, and discover the abundant marine life, including various fish species, sea urchins, jellyfish, and crabs.

Paddling: 17:30 – 18:00

As you make your way back to our Sea Kayak Halkidiki center, marvel at the lively rock formations on the island and be captivated by the stunning views of Mount Itamos.

Please note that the exact details of your trip may vary depending on weather conditions and the composition of the group. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, you will be offered an alternative trip of equal value or receive a full refund.

Minimum participation of 4 participants is required for the Full Day Sea Kayak Halkidiki Trip. Sea Kayak Halkidiki reserves the right to postpone or cancel the trip if the minimum participation is not met.

Cancellation Policy - Flexible

• Whenever you cancel 4 days or earlier than the confirmed activity starting date, your fee will be refunded for the entire activity charge.
• In case of cancellation within 48 and 96 hours before the scheduled activity starting date, you'll get 50% reimbursed.
• Those who cancel 48 hours or beyond are considered last-minute cancellations. There will be no refunds
