The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about exploration, excitement, and incredible experiences. Contrary to what the name suggests, you don’t need to be “advanced” to enroll. It’s a natural progression after completing the PADI Open Water Diver course, designed to boost your confidence, enhance your scuba skills, and make you feel more at ease in the water. This course provides an excellent opportunity to gain more diving experience under the guidance of your PADI Instructor. It builds upon your existing knowledge while introducing new activities and ways to have a blast while scuba diving.
During this course, you’ll embark on seven thrilling adventure dives over three days. On the final day, you’ll undertake an exam dive to earn your certificate. Upon successful completion, you’ll have the ability to dive up to 30 meters anywhere in the world!

One of the most enjoyable aspects of the Advanced Open Water Diver course is the freedom to select from 15 types of Adventure Dives, tailored to your interests. You can experiment with digital underwater photography, dive among captivating wrecks, glide through the water with underwater scooters, master peak performance buoyancy, and much more.
Dive sites such as Nikouria Cavern, The Northern Wall of Nikouria, Gramvonissi, Agios Pavlos, The Deep Blue Wall, Manina 3 shipwreck, The Bauxile Mines, Small Sparti Cave, and numerous others await your exploration.

The Advanced Open Water Diver course encompasses various knowledge and skills tailored to your interests and chosen adventures. Some key areas include:
Scuba Gear:
You’ll utilize the standard basic scuba gear, including an underwater compass. Additionally, depending on your three chosen adventure dives, you may have the opportunity to try underwater photography equipment, DPVs (underwater scooters), dive lights, dry suits, lift bags, dive flags/floats, or other specialized gear.
