The adventure spans around 3 hours, encompassing transportation and the thrilling rafting experience itself. Ensuring your comfort and convenience, it’s advisable to carry an extra set of swimwear or underwear. Your journey commences either with a hotel pickup or at the Alpine Zones base, depending on your location. From here, we’ll transfer you seamlessly to the departure point at the Politsas Bridge, a critical juncture for your upcoming escapade.

Immersed in the stunning natural surroundings, you’ll be outfitted with meticulously sanitized rafting gear, adhering to stringent health standards. The comprehensive equipment includes sterilized waterproof suits, durable shoes, reliable paddles, helmets, and life jackets, ensuring your safety throughout the adventure.

Before you take on the exhilarating rapids, a comprehensive 20-minute briefing led by our expert guides will provide you with the necessary skills to navigate the river’s twists and turns. Armed with knowledge and excitement, you’ll embark on your unforgettable Arachthos Rafting journey.

Our meeting arrangements are thoughtfully designed for your ease and convenience. If your base is in the regions of Zagori, Konitsa, Metsovo, or Ioannina, our rendezvous point will be conveniently situated in Ioannina. For those situated in the Tzoumerka region or Arta, our meeting spot will be the historic Arachthos Base at the Plaka Bridge. From there, our well-equipped mini-buses will whisk you away to the heart of the Arachthos River’s invigorating rapids.

• We equip you with specialized rafting equipment such as neopren outfit, (cleaned after use) neopren rafting shoes, life jacket, rain jacket, helmet and a paddle (on cold winter days plus we give you gloves and a fleece).

• Changing rooms to change as well as showers.

• At the end of the journey, we provide snacks.

Cancellation Policy - Flexible

• Whenever you cancel 4 days or earlier than the confirmed activity starting date, your fee will be refunded for the entire activity charge.
• In case of cancellation within 48 and 96 hours before the scheduled activity starting date, you'll get 50% reimbursed.
• Those who cancel 48 hours or beyond are considered last-minute cancellations. There will be no refunds
