It is one of the main tributaries of Arachthos which originates from Tzoumerka. It collects the crystal clear waters of the springs from a wider area of Tzoumerka, from the neck of Melissourgos, Kakarditsa to Peristeri, feeding Arachthos, offering an alpine landscape with wild beauty.

Route : Mihalitsi Bridge – Plaka Bridge.

If you love the water element you can live the experience of rafting that offers direct contact with the water in conjunction with the sail through majestic landscapes alternating quickly.
You can select any of the exciting trails tiered difficulty we suggest, ideal for beginners and advanced must.
If you have no prior experience of rafting our guides will advise you on the technical staging – rowing boat, special orders, and dangerous parts of the river.

The start of our trip depends exclusively on you. Our appointment will be based on your choice of accommodation.

If you have chosen to stay in Zagori, Konitsa, Metsovo or Ioannina, Our appointment is in Ioannina.

If your stay is in the area of ​​Tzoumerka or Arta, the Our appointment is at our base at Arachthos, at its historic bridge Plaka.

What you should have with you :

• A pair of underwear or your swimsuit

• A bath towel.

What we provide :

• We provide specialized rafting equipment : neoprene outfit, (which disinfected after each use) neoprene rafting shoes, life jacket, waterproof, helmet and paddle (during winter additional gloves and fleece).

  Our entire equipment is sterilized after each use.

• Changing rooms to change as well as showers

• At the end of the journey we provide snack.

• We offer DVDs with photos to recall this fascinating one
  experience.

• In the middle of the route we make a stop to get to know remarkably
  cultural monuments or swim in waterfalls.

• Whenever you cancel 4 days or earlier than the confirmed activity starting date, your fee will be refunded for the entire activity charge.
• In case of cancellation within 48 and 96 hours before the scheduled activity starting date, you'll get 50% reimbursed.
• Those who cancel 48 hours or beyond are considered last-minute cancellations. There will be no refunds
