On our Remote Islands Sea Kayak Tour, an ideal escape from the crowded and touristy beaches of Tolo. Departing from the charming port, this tour takes you on an exploration of three remote islands.

The main island, known as Romvi or Aphroditi’s Island in mythology, holds archaeological significance. It boasts rare birds, unique plant life, and a medieval fortress perched on its peak. The crystal-clear waters surrounding the islands derive their beautiful colors from the white sand seabed. As we paddle through the narrow passage between the mainland and the island, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into a pirate novel.

In fact, the island was once a pirate’s lair, brimming with folklore stories that we’ll eagerly share with you. Our main lunch stop is the beach at the bay of the island, where you can explore, snorkel, play games, sunbathe, and simply soak in the view. Indulge in homemade traditional delicacies as you listen to our captivating tales.

The two smaller islands feature small Mediterranean chapels that can be reached on foot. These chapels have yielded important archaeological artifacts from the Byzantine era. You’ll have the opportunity to visit both islands and perhaps even try some thrilling cliff jumping from the steep rocks.
